Man cited for urinating on Birmingham building

A Birmingham police officer driving on patrol around 2 a.m. Sunday, May 22, saw a male urinating on a building at N. Old Woodward and Oakland avenues in downtown Birmingham.


The officer reported he observed an individual, a 21-year-old male from Bloomfield Hills, urinating on a public building. He was issued a citation for urinating in public.
