Man pulls baseball bat on car in parking garage

A car full of passengers trying to leave the Park Street parking structure, located at 333 Park Street in downtown Birmingham, at 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 3, were met by a screaming man with a baseball bat.

According to witnesses, the man was agitated at the passengers after their credit card wasn’t working while they were trying to exit. Witnesses say the man came up to their car with a baseball bat and started yelling at the passengers.

Birmingham police report an investigation is ongoing.
