Man throws patio chairs at apartment clubhouse

Birmingham police officers reported to the 100 block of Adams Road on Wednesday, December 28, after receiving a report an individual throwing chairs at an apartment complex.

A witness told officers that the suspect was throwing patio chairs at the complex’s clubhouse, but officers also noticed multiple other damaged items.

Officers contacted the 30-year-old resident responsible for the damage and he said he was apologetic.

Birmingham police stated that the man was issued a citation for malicious destruction of personal property.
