Man wanted for identity theft is caught

A Sterling Heights man wanted for a 2024 identity fraud case in Birmingham was finally apprehended on the night Thursday, September 18, by Royal Oak Police. 


Birmingham police report that Royal Oak officers had pulled the man over while driving near 11 Mile and Main Street when they discovered the felony arrest warrant issued for him from the Birmingham Police Department.


He was arrested by Birmingham officers and transferred to the Oakland County Jail.
