Birmingham police are investigating a Clarkston man for allegedly leaving a restaurant in the 500 block of S. Eton Street the afternoon of Sunday, October 25, without paying for his drinks.
The police report indicates the man ordered $54 worth of drinks before leaving, and he has a warrant through the Royal Oak Police Department for a similar theft of services case.
