Birmingham police are searching for a suspect who allegedly took rule enforcement into her own hands by allegedly pepper spraying a woman with an off-leash dog at a local park.

The owner of the dog claimed that while running on the Linden Park woodchip trail with her Poodle on Tuesday, October 20, an elderly woman, described as a white woman with dark hair, told her the dog needed to be leashed then sprayed her legs with what is believed to be pepper spray.
