Two men were given citations from the Birmingham police department for disturbing the peace after allegedly pushing an employee of a restaurant on the 200 block of N. Old Woodward.

The employee filed a report with Birmingham police the afternoon of Friday, September 4, saying the incident started when he got into a verbal argument with the two men. He claims the two became more aggressive as the argument went on, eventually resulting in the two pushing the victim.

Both suspects were unsure of what started the argument, according to the police report.
