Pair nabbed after theft of items at Target

The Bloomfield Township Police Department on Monday, March 9, responded to Target, located at 2400 S. Telegraph Road, for a retail fraud that just occurred and shortly after arrested two suspects.

Target advised that two males stole over $140 in Tequila, shirts, and socks then fled the store in a black Jeep, police said.

Officers located the Jeep southbound on Telegraph Road and initiated a traffic stop. Both occupants of the vehicle were identified and the stolen merchandise was located inside the vehicle.

The case was presented to the Bloomfield Township Prosecutor and charges are pending for both individuals.
