Birmingham police arrested a Detroit woman the afternoon of Thursday, August 13, at a grocery store in the 600 block of E. Maple after allegedly pushing a cart of stolen items into the parking lot and walking away towards Maple Road.

The police report stated that officers found the woman and found drug paraphernalia and credit cards belonging to other people on her at the time. No charges were indicated in the report, but the woman was placed under arrest.
