'Peeping Tom' arrested by Birmingham police

A 32-year-old Eastpointe man was arrested on by Birmingham police on Saturday, July 31, after allegedly peeping into the windows of a home at an undisclosed address on Ann Street.


Officers were called to the area about 6 p.m., after a resident saw a shirtless stranger peering into their home. Police said the man was wearing jeans and no shirt when the homeowners confronted the man and he ran away.


Officers were able to locate the man and arrested him on suspicion of disorderly conduct.
