Birmingham police are currently investigating an alleged armed-robbery that took place the night of Sunday, March 29, in the 34000 block of Woodward Avenue.

According to the two employees working at the time, a man came into the gas station with his hands in his pockets, walked up to one of the employees and told her to give him all the money in the register or he would shoot them.

The employees said they didn’t see the gun, but they handed over the money in the register totaling about $200.
