Purse stolen from bar bathroom counter

While inside a restroom stall at a Birmingham bar near the 200 block of S. Old Woodward on Saturday, January 3, a woman’s purse was stolen from the restroom counter.

The woman reported the theft to Birmingham police a few days later on Wednesday, January 7, and noted that her AirPods, which were left inside the purse, were showing a location in Warren.

Birmingham police say an investigation is ongoing.

The name of local businesses are seldom provided by Birmingham police.
