Purse thought missing from car on Shepardbush

A Birmingham police officer met with a woman living in the 800 block of Shepardbush who had discovered her purse was missing from her vehicle on Friday, October 7.

The woman told the officer she believed her purse had been left in her car, and she and and the officer searched the vehicle and other areas for it, and could not locate the purse at the time.

Later that evening, the woman contacted Birmingham police and reported she had been able to find her purse.
