Roseville man arrested in Birmingham on warrant

An argument led to the arrest of a Roseville man in Birmingham after police officers discovered he had an outstanding dangerous drug felony warrant out of Eastpointe.


A verbal argument between a man and a woman was reported to Birmingham police around 8 a.m. on Tuesday, April 25. When police arrived, the woman said she wanted to return to her hotel room in Madison Heights and the man reportedly refused to go with her. Officers also spoke with the man, who told the same story.


According to police, dispatch informed them that the man had an outstanding dangerous drugs felony warrant out of Eastpointe. The man was placed under arrest and police reportedly turned him over to Eastpointe police. The female was taken to a homeless shelter in Royal Oak, according to Birmingham police.
