Rowdy man removed from business for fourth time

Although he had been kicked out of this Birmingham business three times before, a man from Novi was again removed from the commercial building and arrested for trespassing on Monday, April 29, after causing a disturbance.

Birmingham police reported that they were called to the business, located on the 300 block of Hamilton Row, because of a man causing a disturbance. Records show that this man has been removed from the same business by police three times prior for disruptive behavior.

When the officers tried to question the man, moving him outside of the business, he reportedly once again caused a disturbance, leading to his arrest.

Birmingham police reported he was issued a citation for trespassing.
