Police said the theft occurred about 5:15 p.m. The jackets were valued at $720.

The first man was described as a black male, standing 5-feet, 10-inches tall, weighing 180 pounds and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black jacket. The second man was described as a black male, standing about 6-feet tall, weighing 220 pounds and wearing all black with Nike sweatpants and sweatshirt. They left the area in a silver Chevrolet Impala.
