A man trying to sell magazines door-to-door near the area of Yorkshire and Adams Road the afternoon of Monday, November 24, was issued a citation by Birmingham police for soliciting without a permit.
The man had reportedly been told in August and October he was not allowed to solicit without a permit after he had been reported to police.
