Sports equipment stolen from unlocked vehicle

Multiple tennis rackets, shoes and other sporting equipment were stolen from a Bloomfield Township resident’s unlocked vehicle in the 3000 block of Maple Road the night of Tuesday, June 20.


Bloomfield Township police found no signs of forced entry to the vehicle when they took the report the following day, leading them to believe the vehicle was unlocked.


The case is currently being investigated by the Bloomfield Township Police Investigations Unit.
