Store security nabs shoplifter at Target

Nearly $40 worth of merchandise was taken from the Target at 2400 S. Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Township on Thursday, September 26, and store security took the suspect into custody.

The suspect had taken food, as well as personal hygiene and cleaning items, and was contacted by Bloomfield Township police after the suspect had admitted to taking the items.

The suspect was issued a misdemeanor appearance ticket for retail fraud before being released from the scene.
