A Birmingham restaurant at the 200 block of E Maple was one of the city’s latest victims of property damage after an unknown man ruined the patio area’s windows.

According to the restaurant manager who reported the incident to police, a man entered the patio area on Sunday, July 6, and cut the cords that held the windows up. He allegedly made a belt out of the cords and then left.

Birmingham police report an investigation is ongoing.
