A 16-year-old male from Detroit was accused of throwing water on and arguing with two women the night of Saturday, June 20, inside the parking structure at 333 N. Old Woodward.

The two women claimed that the teen, who they didn’t know, threw water on them while they were walking to the parking structure. They said they argued with the teen before going back to their car and following him back to his car, continuing the argument. He allegedly threw water on them a second time while they were in the car, and one of the women claimed that he threatened her with a firearm.

Defending himself, the teen said he “spilled” water on her to be petty and that she had tried to throw water to get back at him.

Police have the incident under investigation.
