Teen assaulted during group feud in Birmingham

After someone threw a half-full water bottle during an argument between two groups, an 18-year-old from Oakland Township wound up with a cut on his nose around 11 p.m. on Saturday, September 16.

The teen reported to police that he was on the 600 block of N. Old Woodward in downtown Birmingham when he was assaulted. Allegedly, there was an argument between two groups of young men when someone threw the bottle at close range.

After police came, he decided against pressing charges.
