Teens arrested, charged with nearly 30 felonies

Three 18-year-old males were arrested, charged and arraigned on 29 felony counts on Saturday, April 11, after a Birmingham house party went wrong.
According to the Birmingham police report, the department got several calls the morning of April 11, reporting gunshots in the 1400 block of E. Lincoln. The officer found out that a party was going on, advertised through social media, at a rental home.
Birmingham police reported that witnesses heard an argument, followed by the gunshots, and video recordings from nearby residences showed people running away from the home.
The report does not indicate if the suspects were found at the home or were later identified. The three were arraigned on felony charges, including assault with intent to murder, felony firearm and discharge in or at a building.
Birmingham police reported that an investigation is ongoing, but there are no reported gunshot victims.
