Thief targets air mattresses from local store

Two air mattresses were stolen from the Dick’s Sporting Goods on Telegraph Road in Bloomfield Township on Monday, October 23, around 4:30 p.m.

Bloomfield Township police were told by witnesses that the suspect – who police were unable to locate after arriving on the scene and scouring the area – was a white male dressed in all black.

Police are asking those with information to contact the Bloomfield Township Police Department at 248.433.7755.

The case is currently under investigation by the Bloomfield Township Investigations Unit.
