Tools taken from construction site in city

Several tools and other similar items were stolen from a construction site at 220 Park Street in Birmingham, a construction worker told police.


Birmingham police said an investigation is ongoing into the theft.


A 31-year-old man from Taylor who was working the site initially reported the items stolen to Birmingham police on Monday, March 27. Other construction workers on site told officers that they saw a broken padlock, but there were no other witnesses.


According to Birmingham police, there are currently no suspects in the case.
