Township CVS hit with retail fraud incident

Bloomfield Township police on Monday, February 2, took a report of a retail fraud from CVS located at 42934 Woodward Avenue.

According to a police report, at approximately 2 p.m. an unknown Black female, approximately 50-years-old, stole nine Lumify eyedrops and creams values at $222.71. The female selected the items and concealed them in her purse before leaving the store.

CVS provided officers with video surveillance of the incident. The Bloomfield Township Police Investigations Unit is investigating.
