Birmingham officers at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, were dispatched to the 300 block of Puritan, where a 40-year-old male resident said that his vehicle was stolen from his driveway.
Using the vehicle’s tracking system, officers located it in Highland Park and observed two men exit the vehicle. The suspects, a 15-year-old and a 17-year-old male from Detroit, were arrested and charged with vehicle theft.
