Vandal of car in Park Street structure caught

A Madison Heights woman was caught and cited for malicious destruction of property after taking a marker to another woman’s car the morning of Tuesday, August 11, inside the Park Street parking structure in Birmingham.
The victim claimed that she parked her car in the structure and came back about an hour later to find someone had written on it. Witnesses were able to help Birmingham police officers find the suspected vandal, the Madison Heights woman, who said she was having a bad morning and thought the victim had cut her off when entering the structure.
