Wallet stolen from console in unlocked vehicle

A wallet was stolen on Friday, March 5, from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of Kendry Drive, Bloomfield Township police said.


Police said the victim left her wallet in the center console of her GMC Yukon sometime between 10 p.m. on Thursday and 8 a.m. on Friday. The wallet contained her personal identification and financial cards.


The victim told officers someone used her credit card to purchase electronics without her permission in another city.


The case is under investigation.
