Washing machine stolen during home invasion

A washing machine was stolen during an home invasion on the evening of Wednesday, February 17 in the 100 block of Linda Lane in Bloomfield Hills, police said.

Bloomfield Hills public safety officers responded about 7:26 p.m. to the report of a breaking and entering in the area to find the front door of the building forced open, authorities said. After a search of the home, it was determined a washing machine was stolen.

The incident is under investigation.
