Watch turns up missing while owner out of town

A Birmingham resident reported to police on Tuesday, August 6, that when he returned from a trip out of town he discovered that his $15,000 watch was missing from his home in the 300 Block of S. Glenhurst Street.

An employee of the victim made the report and said that while the victim was out of town the reporting person had a window cleaning company out to clean the windows.

Shortly after returning, the 41-year-old male victim discovered the watch was missing.

Police said an investigation is ongoing.
