Building on Peabody site gets final approvals
A proposed five-story mixed use development for the former Peabody Restaurant site on Woodward received final site plan and design review approvals from the Birmingham Planning Board at their meeting on Wednesday, February 28. Unhappy customer shoves dry cleaning staff
A woman who arrived at Martinizing Dry Cleaning in Birmingham after it closed on Saturday, March 3, was so angry she couldn't get her clothes that she shoved an employee and then got in her vehicle and drove off. City manager gets authority to resolve lawsuit

Credit card information stolen
A Rochester Hills resident on Thursday, March 1, told authorities that an unknown person used his credit card information to purchase more than $300 in goods and services without his permission. Vehicle drives on residential lawn
A Rochester Hills resident on Monday, March 5, told authorities an unknown driver drove onto his lawn in the 500 block of Placid Court and caused minor damage to his grass.
