Victoria's Secret shoplifter identity unknown

A thief who stole more than $1,400 in clothing from a Rochester Hills Victoria's Secret store on Thursday, January 18, went unnoticed by store employees in the 200 block of N. Adams Road.

An employee at the store, 280 N. Adams, told a deputy with the Oakland County Sheriff's Office that she was working the front door location at the store when she heard the door open and close about 9:30 p.m., but didn't see anyone enter the store. The employee then noticed several articles of clothing on a table near the door were missing.

The missing items, which included eight sweatshirts, three long-sleeve T-shirts and 13 pairs of leggings, were valued at $1,463.80.
