Cash found missing after valet returns car

After a valet returned a Birmingham resident’s car on Saturday, December 23, the woman noticed that $30 went missing from the $174 total she had left in the car.

According to Birmingham police, the incident took place around 1 a.m. in the 200 block of South Old Woodward.

Police report an investigation is underway.
