Township woman arraigned in gun assault


A Bloomfield Township woman was arrested on Wednesday, May 1, in connection with an assault where she allegedly pointed a gun at another woman in the 700 block of Robinhood Circle, police said.

Bloomfield Township police responded about 9:30 p.m. for a complaint of an assault in the area. Officers at the scene spoke with the victim who said the other woman pointed a gun at her. The suspect was identified by police as Tina Marie Woycik.

Woycik was arrested and charged with one count of felonious assault.

She was arraigned on Thursday, May 2, in 48th District Court before Magistrate Andra Richardson.
