Vehicle tires slashed, belongings strewn about

On Saturday, August 17, police were called to the 2300 block of Buckingham Road in Birmingham around 10 a.m., where a homeowner discovered a vehicle with four flat tires.

Police determined the tires were deliberately slashed and noted there were personal belongings surrounding the vehicle.


A 28-year-old Washington Township man who owns the vehicle was contacted. He said his girlfriend had been driving the car.


An investigation is ongoing.
